I'm Louisa Wah, a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I specialize in educating and coaching midlifers on their nutritional and fitness needs based on their blood type and genetic attributes. I also help women over 45 create a strategy to lose their belly fat, increase their energy and feel great about their body. My goal is to help midlifers enjoy being active and healthy in the second half of their life.
